• Own the daily editing workflow, reviewing live stream footage to identify and extract high-performing moments for repurposing across multiple formats • Edit and deliver short-form vertical content (15-90 seconds) optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts with platform-specific formatting, captions, and pacing • Produce medium-length episodes (5-15 minutes) that package trading insights, market analysis, and educational moments into standalone pieces • Create long-form content (20+ minutes) from extended live stream segments, maintaining narrative flow and viewer engagement • Develop and maintain a visual style guide and editing templates that ensure brand consistency across all content formats • Implement text overlays, captions, lower thirds, graphics, and b-roll to enhance storytelling and accessibility • Proactively identify trending moments, viral-worthy clips, and evergreen content opportunities from the live stream • Manage asset organization, file naming conventions, and version control to maintain clean content libraries • Optimize content pacing, retention hooks, and formatting based on platform-specific best practices and performance data • Partner with content strategists to understand performance metrics and iterate on editing approach based on what's working.

You will collaborate with our creative director and marketing team to bring storyboards, scripts, and AI-generated visuals together into compelling short-form video ads. - Edit and produce AI-assisted video commercials based on project briefs and creative direction. - Use AI video editing tools (e.g., Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia, Sora, or similar) to enhance production. - Combine AI-generated visuals, stock footage, voiceovers, sound effects, and music into cohesive content. - Collaborate with creative teams to maintain brand consistency and meet project goals. - Deliver high-quality output within deadlines and incorporate feedback efficiently. - Provide creative input and stay updated with new AI-based video technologies.
