• Deliver high-quality, virtual individual counseling to a diverse patient population • Provide a minimum of 30 clinical hours of individual therapy per week • Utilize the aptihealth telehealth platform to deliver engaging, secure, and effective virtual care • Develop personalized care plans using aptihealth’s tools and technology • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document clinical findings • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care

• Represent Iovance Medical Affairs as a TIL cell therapy expert in both internal and external venues including the US and Global cross-functional teams, MRB, external consults, clinical sub-teams, and advisory boards / steering committees. • Work cross-functionally to support Commercial Quality, Market Access, Clinical Development, and the broader Med Affairs team. • Participate in various Medical Affairs cross-functional working groups. • Represent Iovance at professional meetings, congresses, and local symposia. • Provide high quality clinical input and review of disease strategy plans, slides, manuscripts, educational materials, IIT protocols, steering committee and advisory board meeting objectives, Standard Response Letters, and Commercial Brand plans. • Partner with Scientific Communications to develop timely publication strategies and plan, gap analysis, and key messages. • Interaction with key stakeholders, as a therapeutic area medical strategy expert:

• Provide individualized instruction and support to students diagnosed with ASD1/ASD2 • Utilize various assessment tools to identify specific areas of need for each student. • Develop and implement personalized literacy plans that address students' unique challenges. • Monitor student progress and make adjustments to instruction as needed. • Collaborate with parents and educators to communicate student progress and strategies for support. • Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students to achieve their reading goals.

• Must adhere to the DBT model in all clinical work within the DBT program. • Must provide individual DBT therapy to assigned clients. • Must be open to lead or co-lead DBT skills groups (mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness). • Must offer between-session coaching and phone support consistent with DBT principles. • Must participate in weekly DBT consultation team meetings to maintain fidelity to the DBT model. • Must be able to work effectively with clients presenting high-risk behaviors, including self-harm, suicidality, and severe emotional dysregulation. • Conduct initial assessments/intake interviews to assess clients' mental health diagnoses and needs. • Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge. • Provide individual, family, couples and/or group therapy sessions. • Utilize various Evidenced Based therapeutic modalities and interventions to help Client reach their therapeutic goals • Collaborate with a forward-thinking team to provide holistic care • Complete ongoing documentation and maintain accurate and confidential client records. • Participate in ongoing professional development and training. • Adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines. • Attend weekly staff meetings and weekly 1:1s
