Role Description As the Lead: Product Marketing, you aren't just marketing a product—you are shaping its evolution. You are the primary architect of our market-fit strategy, sitting at the intersection of engineering excellence and job-site reality, translating complex SaaS features into tangible outcomes like margin protection, risk mitigation, and project safety. - Influence the Roadmap: Partner with Product Management to prioritize features using "boots on the ground" insights and Pendo metrics to solve the highest-value problems for civil infrastructure projects. - Build the "Gold Standard": Design and implement scalable, cross-functional Go-To-Market (GTM) playbooks tailored for the unique, multi-stakeholder procurement cycles of the civil construction industry. - Lead & Mentor: Oversee our existing PMM team, serving as a coach and strategist to ensure our narrative and output resonates across every touchpoint. - Master the Market: Own our TAM/SAM/SOM strategy. Identify high-growth sub-verticals and track competitor movements to keep Infotech steps ahead of the curve. - Empower Sales: Create the "battle kit" (ROI calculators, industry-specific battlecards, marketing assets, and case studies) that accelerates customer journey and enables our sales team to win in complex, heavy-civil environments. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 6 years relevant experience; or Master’s Degree in related field and 4 years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Preferred Qualification: - SaaS Leadership: 7+ years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role. Requirements - Preferred Technical & Analytical Skills: - Analytical Rigor: Use data—Win/Loss analysis, NPS, and usage metrics—to drive strategic pivots. Build TAM/SAM/SOM models that justify budget and roadmap requests to executive leadership. - Strategic Intuition: Have a "sixth sense" for market shifts and can successfully position products to capture emerging opportunities. - Communication Mastery: Translate "engineer-speak" into "customer-value" and present high-stakes strategic recommendations to the C-suite. - Systems Experience: Proficiency with tools like Storylane and Pendo to drive product adoption and storytelling. Benefits - Comprehensive health benefits and inclusive wellness support - Flexible time off and paid holidays - Continuing education and leadership development programs - An inclusive culture built on empathy, connection, and trust
