Role Description As Sales Account Executive (m/f/x), you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by combining your technical expertise with strong customer engagement skills. You will support the entire sales cycle - from identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions to post-sale technical support - while expanding our presence in North America. - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to North American markets with primary focus on Cement and Alternative Fuels - Build up partner network to strengthen regional footprint - Manage and grow sales within an assigned multi-state region - Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners, while actively acquiring new clients - Analyze industry trends and provide expert consultation by identifying customer needs and delivering tailored technical solutions - Provide accurate sales forecasts and timely performance reporting - Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Aftermarket teams to align offerings with evolving market needs - Represent Qlar at industry conferences, trade shows, customer visits and visits to our test centres Qualifications - 5+ years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in a technical or industrial environment (Chemical industry, Cement industry or Steel market beneficial) - A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field is preferred - Demonstrated success managing a sales territory or region - Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills - Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently - Ability to travel within the US (approximately 40-60%) Benefits - An exciting environment with a dynamic global market leader - Competitive compensation package including performance-based components - A wide range of training and development opportunities - A team of colleagues who will support you and look forward to you joining them - Modern office in Chicago with the opportunity to work remotely

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in a technical or industrial environment (Chemical industry, Cement industry or Steel market beneficial)

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
