Role Description MBP is looking for a Senior Estimator in Raleigh, NC, or the Mid-Atlantic region, with significant experience providing cost estimating on vertical and/or horizontal construction projects during preconstruction. Candidate will have the capability to lead a team of estimators in the preparation and submission of large, complex estimating deliverables. Occasional overnight travel may be required. Responsibilities - Performs quantity take-offs and pricing for multiple trades. - Prepares and presents final deliverable documentation to clients. - Performs quality checks of fellow team members' estimates. - Performs, reviews, and analyses contractor and/or designer estimates, with specific experience in GMP arrangements. - Leads and/or supports estimate reconciliations with clients and contractors. - Develops and/or reviews change order requests. - Assists with development and/or analysis of post-construction cost analyses. - Manages project-related budgets and invoices. - Prepares project fee proposals. - Coordinates resources and project workload with other estimating project managers. - Participates in the training and development of junior estimators. Qualifications - Significant experience providing cost estimating on vertical and/or horizontal construction projects. - Experience in A/E/C industry preferred. - Additional experience in one or more of the following desired: general contracting, construction management, CPM scheduling, value engineering, risk management, constructability review, claims analysis, and/or contract administration. - Ability to relate technical knowledge to a non-technical audience. - Proficiency in reading/understanding construction plans and specifications. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office software programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Proficiency with BlueBeam and/or other quantity take-off software programs. - Experience providing training, supervision, proposal development, and business development desired. - Occasional overnight travel may be required. Requirements - B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant experience that equates to this degree. - P.E. license, Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Certified Cost Professional (CCP), and/or Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) certification preferred. • Functions as a primary support for teams responsible for the development and maintenance of Network pricing schedules and facility reimbursement • Makes recommendations on the feasibility of procedural changes • Acts as an advisor for the Network Provider Contracting and Network Analytics and Contract Support teams to answer questions relating to payment and system configuration • Researches and analyzes Network reimbursement/payment issues and develops recommendations to improve • Coordinates the configuration and implementation of non-complex professional and facility provider pricing schedules

• Act as a sales-facing subject matter expert on process, policy, and pricing related matters • Assist sales teams in creating and positioning complex orders • Act as liaison between sales and other key stakeholders involved in the deal structuring process (e.g. Sales Operations, Finance, Order Management, Legal, Product Marketing, etc.) • Partner with sales to ensure opportunities are properly created and tracked in Salesforce including stage, probability, booking amount, and various other required fields • Process and manage order fulfillments in Salesforce in accordance with executed contracts and orders • Anticipate problems and initiate actions to ensure customer orders are processed timely and efficiently • Ability to read and interpret business terms and conditions • Act as a system power user for all SFDC and answer questions before escalating for assistance • Drive business process improvements and initiatives; support best practice efforts in the Quote to Cash processes • Continuously improve our ability to respond to the needs of Sales, Partners, and Customers • Active involvement and support for special projects as needed • Help ensure Best Practices are being implemented

• Operates at a mid-level, applying industry accepted digital forensic principles in acquiring, collecting, preserving, and processing structured and unstructured data per established industry best practices and laboratory procedures and protocols. • Responsible for working digital forensics examinations through the data acquisition, examination, presentation and disposition phases. • Provides identification and seizure support, forensic data acquisition/imaging; forensically-sound and non-forensic collection/capture of electronically stored information (ESI) from some file structures and sources (i.e., Windows, MAC-based desktop/laptop computer systems, files share servers and cloud-based storage; mobile devices and tablets (Android, iOS, Windows, and Blackberry operating systems), and related digital storage media. • Uses knowledge and experience of a limited variety of computer and mobile technologies and forensic theories to conduct partial forensic examinations that includes processing of allocated space, scripted recovery of deleted files, and conducting Internet history analyses with the goal of developing forensically sound evidence. • Responsible for performing medium-scale digital forensic examinations to include collection of file shares in a live client-server environment utilizing validated forensic software. • Recovers data and correlates information, prepares clear and comprehensive notes and reports of findings, and provides oral and written communications to legal staff concerning results of examinations to include legal declarations for investigations and litigations. • Utilizes industry accepted forensic and non-forensic tools such as EnCase, FTK, Harvester, Cellebrite UFED, and NUIX. • Researches and maintains proficiency in tools, techniques, and trends. • As an experienced digital forensics examiner, serves as a source of technical counsel and advice for junior analysts and technicians and possesses the ability to lead forensic investigations in the field. • Reviews and approves reports, notes, and case files of junior technicians. • Collaborates with other forensic analysts and technicians, law enforcement officers, and legal experts to recommend methods and procedures for recovery, preservation, and presentation of computer evidence. • Provides technical guidance and assistance to legal staff while ensuring that proper precautions are taken in the preservation and prevention of spoliation of electronic evidence. • Complies with standards, policies, and procedures established for the forensics laboratory including accreditation requirements, supplements, criteria, and interpretations as it applies to digital evidence.
