Role Description The Mortgage Administration Coordinator is responsible for managing, developing, and coordinating the data and information used in the daily operation of the mortgage lending channel. Achieves operational objectives by design and execution of projects related to organizational excellence. Contributes information and makes recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; assists with the preparation and completion of action plans; responds to process improvement requests with regard to production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards in the mortgage banking channel; resolves problems; assists with the response to audits; identifies trends; determines system improvements; implements change. - Works closely with the Mortgage Banking Executive and Chief Administrative Officer to lead special assignments regarding projects within the business channel. - Contributes to the development of channel business plans and strategic initiatives while assisting channel executive management with the development of system and process improvements. - Works closely with Market Managers, Area Sales Managers, Operations Manager, Fulfillment Team Leaders, and mortgage banking channel executive management to resolve issues and enhance service level to internal and external customers. - Performs research and follow up, providing results to support development efforts. Makes recommendations to manager. - Performs as database administrator for mortgage loan delivery system. Verifies and maintains the integrity of data entered. - Collects, verifies, and assembles data related to various segments of the mortgage lending channel for a variety of business segments, including loan production, efficiency, pull-through, referrals to channel, and referrals from channel. - Manages and develops all reporting generated on behalf of the business unit. - Maintains existing reports used for production, loan volume by type, efficiency and pull through ratios, third party vendor (mortgage insurance providers, settlement agents, etc). - Builds and develops future reports as needed. - Acts as liaison between fulfillment operations centers to ensure consistency of department activity while evaluating specific differences in fulfillment functions that may be determined by market. Qualifications - A high school diploma, or equivalent, is required. An Associate’s Degree is preferred. - A minimum of four (4) years of demonstrated experience in information and database management preferred. - Experience in mortgage banking is preferred with line level experience in loan production, fulfillment, shipping, and delivery. - Exceptional time management, multitasking skills, and attention to detail are critical, as is the ability to meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient reading, writing, and grammar skills and applicable knowledge of Microsoft Office software are required, as well as solid communication and interpersonal relations skills. - Experience using the Encompass System is preferred. - A valid driver’s license with the ability to travel is required. - May be eligible for Telecommuting.

Job Requirements
