Job Description Clinical Ink is seeking a Project Manager II to join our Project Management team based remotely across the United States! This individual will manage all aspects of the project life cycle and ensure flawless execution of all deliverables. The ideal candidate will have project management experience within the eCOA, pharma, CRO, and/or life sciences industries combined with the ability to work cross-functionally. Job Description Clinical Ink is seeking a Sr. Mobile Device Lifecycle Manager to join our R&D team based remotely across the United States! The Sr. Mobile Device Lifecycle Manager will play a key role in managing the full device lifecycle for the MDM team and larger organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mobile device lifecycle strategies, excellent communication skills, and a strong analytical and leadership mindset. The Sr. Mobile Device Lifecycle Manager's responsibilities include: - Managing the full device lifecycle from acquisition, configuration, and deployment through maintenance, retirement, and secure disposal. - Working closely with vendors to manage device procurement, warranty repairs, and end-of-life refresh cycles. - Developing a multi-year device lifecycle roadmap by: - Forecasting needs for Windows tablets, Android phones/tablets, iOS devices, or other devices - Planning and managing clinical trial device refresh cycles (24-36 months) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). - Developing and maintaining lifecycle management standards, documentation, SOPs, and validated processes for internal documentation and regulatory audits and inspections. - Defining policies for usage tracking, repairs, warranty claims, and secure disposal (data sanitization, recycling). - Aligning device strategies with Compliance requirements. - Maintaining accurate asset tracking and inventory records, supporting audit readiness and lifecycle reporting in collaboration with other internal teams. - Analyzing device data to drive optimizations, cost savings, and scalability across trial portfolios. - Partnering with internal teams cross-departmentally to align device management with study timelines and requirements, data integrity needs, and regulatory requirements. - Leading a team or cross-functional task force, providing guidance and prioritization on daily operations and long-term improvements. - Recommending upgrades, replacements, and automation opportunities to improve scale, performance, and cost control. Qualifications: - 8+ years in mobile device lifecycle management across Windows tablets, Android, and iOS; 4+ years in senior/strategic roles (clinical/healthcare preferred). - Remote leadership experience preferred. - Proven experience with high-volume, multi-OS fleets in regulated environments. - Expertise in mobile device lifecycle strategy, vendor management, budgeting across teams. - Analytical skills for metrics-driven decisions. - Strong understanding of device security, encryption, and compliance frameworks. - Excellent organizational and documentation skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams. - Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and supporting high-volume device deployments. - Ability to balance strategic planning with operational follow-through.
