Senior Manager, Web & SEO
ArcSite
• Own the website as a growth engine and lead organic acquisition. • Be accountable for technical SEO, on-page optimization, programmatic SEO, conversion rate optimization, and content prioritization. • Operate as the marketing owner for web and organic growth, partnering across teams to align keyword targets, messaging, landing pages, and conversion paths. • Build and optimize high-impact landing pages and key journeys across self-serve and sales-assisted conversion paths. • Run a CRO iteration cadence: identify friction, prioritize tests/changes, ship updates, and report impact. • Own SEO performance end-to-end: site architecture, crawl/index health, internal linking, on-page optimization, and off-page levers. • Conduct regular audits and implement improvements across the website and content system. • Partner with the Content Marketing team to scale successful themes into higher-quality, full-funnel content.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years owning website growth and SEO in B2B SaaS or a similar environment.
- Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes across both self-serve and sales-assisted web journeys.
- Strong Webflow (or similar CMS) capability; comfortable shipping changes directly and maintaining site standards.
- Strong technical SEO skills with a track record of improving SEO health and performance.
- Experience with programmatic SEO (template-driven page creation and governance).
- Demonstrated strength in keyword strategy, content prioritization, and operating a content pipeline end-to-end.
- Strong analytical judgment and clear communication of priorities, tradeoffs, and results.
- AI-native working style: leverage AI tools to increase speed and quality while maintaining high integrity and accuracy.
- Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience structuring content for answer-first formats and AI-driven visibility (AEO).
- Experience building competitive/alternatives page systems and high-intent solution page frameworks.
- Experience managing freelancers/agencies at scale and running editorial operations.
