Role Description Glean is seeking a GTM Engineer (Marketing) to design, build, and scale AI-first workflows that transform how our marketing team operates, architect seamless integrations across our marketing technology stack, and drive greater operational efficiency across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, data, and engineering. You will turn fuzzy ideas into robust systems: AI agents, automations, and internal tools that free marketers from manual work, unlock new channels, and create a measurable edge in how we generate and influence pipeline and growth. You’ll partner closely with: - Demand Gen - Product Marketing - Field & Events - Partner Marketing - SDR leadership - RevOps - Product - Engineering You will: - Build and scale AI systems for core marketing motions, from use-case discovery and agent design to data wiring, orchestration, and ongoing optimization. - Translate fuzzy business problems and high-effort workflows into AI-powered workflows (e.g., lead/account prioritization, list building, reporting, marketing program QA) and champion AI best practices across marketing. - Partner with marketers to rapidly test and scale new AI-powered tactics (sequences, targeting models, audience rules, agent workflows). - Measure AI adoption and proactively recommend process changes based on system performance and insights. - Serve as the technical counterpart on AI usage, automation, and revenue-engine design. - Collaborate with Product & Engineering to shape Glean’s agent platform for marketing use cases and pilot internal usage. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Marketing Ops, Growth, RevOps, data, or GTM engineering (ideally B2B SaaS). - Has owned technical builds for Marketing/GTM teams: automations, workflows, scoring models, routing, and internal tools. - Hands-on builder with no-/low-code and AI platforms (e.g., Clay, Zapier, Glean agents, LLM-based workflows), including integrating with enterprise AI/agent platforms. - Able to prototype quickly and then harden solutions for reliability, observability, and scale. - Fluent in the modern Marketing/GTM stack: Salesforce, Marketo (or equivalent MAP), enrichment, intent data, and data warehouses. - Collaborative communicator who works closely with marketers, SDRs, product, and engineering, translating business requirements into technical implementation. - CS degree preferred.
