Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology-based services, including 3+ years in digital banking, fintech, or financial services markets. - Proven track record of quota achievement and managing full sales cycles, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and closure. - Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to uncover client needs and articulate business value. - Exceptional relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, particularly with C-level executives and key stakeholders. - Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), pipeline management, sales forecasting, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and client feedback. - Highly organized, capable of prioritizing multiple opportunities and responsibilities effectively. - Willingness to travel 25–40% annually.
