Technical Project Manager Intern, Software Delivery and Operations
Cambium Learning Group
• Provide high quality support for operational service delivery and/or new feature development for a high-availability software system • Effectively triage and troubleshoot helpdesk case escalations • Answer client inquiries about system behavior • Manage operational schedules under the supervision of a senior tech PM • Create detailed Jira tickets to capture issues • Draft detailed deployment plans under the supervision of a senior tech PM
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Master's degree in progress is a plus
- Exceptional data-based skills and demonstrated aptitude to learn basic SQL preferred
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with software such as Jira, Confluence, TeamCity, Git, Bitbucket, and Octopus is desired
- Some experience with software development lifecycle, general project management methods
