Role Description We are seeking a motivated, detail oriented Advisor Relations Intern to support our regional Advisor Relations team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to how technology service providers collaborate with industry advisors, analysts, and consulting partners to drive awareness, credibility, and revenue growth. You’ll work closely with third-party advisors in a business programs role, sales, and solution leaders to support advisor engagement activities, research industry trends, and help maintain the operational backbone of our advisor relations program. Responsibilities - Support day-to-day advisor relations activities, including meeting preparation, follow-ups, and communications - Assist with maintaining advisor contact lists, engagement trackers, and reporting dashboards - Conduct research on advisory firms, market trends, and competitive positioning in IT managed services - Help prepare briefing materials, presentations, and internal summaries for advisor interactions - Coordinate logistics for advisor briefings, events, and virtual meetings - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and support go‑to‑market initiatives - Track advisor feedback and help synthesize insights for internal stakeholders Qualifications - High school degree required - Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Comfortable working with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Interest in technology, IT services, consulting, or B2B marketing - Excited about solving challenges - Self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn and collaborate - Ability to lead strategic and practical conversations with internal clients and leaders Requirements - This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology. The primary focus of this role is leading a company-wide census of credit card capabilities and payment equipment across all field locations. This is a high-visibility project that offers meaningful exposure to treasury operations, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise-level data analysis.
