Role Description As a Paid Advertising Strategist , you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, help shape our agency strategy, and build strong client relationships along the way. You’ll have the autonomy to create, test, and refine bold new strategies—while staying aligned to our core approach—and will serve as the face of performance for your accounts. This is more than optimization—it’s about telling the story, influencing direction, and growing client success. What You’ll Do - Own and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and more. - Serve as a subject matter expert who can join client-facing calls as needed — educating, reporting, and influencing outcomes. - Craft strategic goals and translate them into impactful campaigns and creative experiments. - Identify opportunities to drive better results and proactively pitch new ideas. - Translate data into compelling performance stories that help clients see your value. - Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure unified strategies. - Keep a close eye on budgets, pacing, and performance—but stay focused on the big wins. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
