Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with UX and visual designers to create well-documented, high-fidelity prototypes. - Apply the content guidelines and standards as outlined in the Allstate Design System, and contribute to its evolution. - Design, write, edit, test, and improve language in support of customer task completion, including product and feature descriptions, onboarding, navigation labeling, confirmation/error messaging, and push notifications. - Coordinate with other content designers to ensure consistency across products and platforms. - Leverage research and insights to uncover the language that resonates with customers and drives results. - Present your work in a thoughtful, convincing, and evidence-based manner. Qualifications - Three or more years of related experience. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, experience, and/or training. - Portfolio of relevant work samples that demonstrates your thought process.
