• Supports GovDeals Account Managers and the Client Operations Support Group by managing project-based initiatives and executing recurring tasks. • Plays a key part in supporting Full-Service projects, collaborating closely with internal teams and coordinating with buyers and partners. • Monitors daily operations and contributes to the success of ongoing projects and future initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Associate degree and prior experience with government agencies preferred.
- 4+ year of customer service experience in a call center environment.
- 2+ years of experience in online auctions or sales.
- Experience handling independent projects with minimal supervision.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to fulfill project objectives.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must be bilingual. Fluent in English and Spanish.
