As a Technical Program Manager, you will… - Lead large-scale, highly complex cybersecurity, infrastructure and governance, risk and compliance (GRC) initiatives from concept to delivery, coordinating across multiple teams and regions. - Translate complex technical and security and compliance challenges into structured, actionable project plans, ensuring alignment and coordination across cross-functional delivery teams. - Drive execution with rigor and attention to detail, while maintaining strong governance and risk management practices. - Communicate with executive presence, delivering crisp updates and influencing decision-making across all levels of the organization. - Develop and execute organizational change management plans – including communication strategies, readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement and training coordination across multiple concurrent projects. We’d love to hear from people with: - 10+ years of program management experience, including 3+ years leading governance, risk and compliance programs within large or highly regulated organizations. - Proven success managing large, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and global stakeholders. - Familiarity with GRC processes and frameworks including PCI DSS, SWIFT, SOC 2, ISO 27001/27002, NIST CSF, and broader enterprise risk management practices. - Experience managing deployment and integration of technical or security solutions across global environments, ensuring alignment with enterprise controls, standards and audit/compliance requirements. - Hands-on experience supporting compliance initiatives (e.g. evidence collection, control validation, remediation planning, reporting), with the ability to translate requirements to actionable delivery plans. - Strong organizational skills and a proactive, execution-focused mindset, with a track record of driving clarity, managing risk, and delivering results in fast-paced or ambiguous environments. - Ability to anticipate compliance risks, identify control gaps, and partner with engineering, security and audit teams to ensure effective remediation and sustainable control posture. - Experience applying organizational change management (OCM) frameworks (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci) across technical, security or compliance-driven initiatives. Description We are seeking a strong technical leader for a Salesforce Digital Transformation Center (DTC). The DTC is an operational Center of Excellence that manages a multi-org Salesforce environment in which program areas throughout our federal client’s organization build mission applications. The DTC manages the platform and supports its tenant customer application teams. The primary function of this role is to manage all DTC operations and direct the team of all-star Salesforce architects and system administrators. The ideal candidate will also be a seasoned Salesforce Technical Architect who jumps into the operational rotation. Support spans pre-sales solution consulting, design/code reviews during implementation, CI/CD process management, and operational support activities. The candidate will lead a team of technical staff to operate & maintain the existing platform, establish new platform services, onboard new customer development teams, perform Release Management activities, manage platform licenses, and curate a governance library of process documentation, administrative job aids, technology standards, and security standards. The candidate must demonstrate progressive technical and managerial leadership of Salesforce projects and large programs, possessing a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle. About the Job Our core technology is the Node, a device that produces energy in the ocean’s harshest conditions for years at a time without human maintenance or intervention. The Marine Operations group manages our Nodes from the time they finish fabrication, through their deployments, until they are retired from service. This includes designing support equipment, coordinating activities with port authorities and transport companies, and executing the test plans in calm water and open ocean environments. As the Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) for Marine Operations, you’ll be embedded with this technical team, translating test objectives into execution plans, coordinating the network of supporting vendors, and collaborating with the other Node TPMs to ensure support equipment is ready as each Node finishes fabrication. Compensation and Benefits: If hired for this full-time role, you will receive: - Cash compensation of $150,000 -190,000 - Equity in the company. Location: This position can be filled either full-time on-site or remotely with <25% travel time. Our offices, lab, and shop are located in Portland, Oregon.
