Position Description At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Service Technician II to join the Data Center Power and Control Division Starline Team. This is a remote position reporting to Canonsburg, PA. The Service Technician will perform on-site service work on Davenham’s full suite of products at customer locations. This role requires extended on-site assignments, typically lasting multiple consecutive months, during which technicians remain at the customer site and do not return home weekly. Technicians will work directly with end users and contractors to ensure systems are installed, tested, and functioning properly prior to energization. Strong customer service skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in demanding field environments are essential. Preferred Hiring Locations: To support travel and deployment needs, candidates located near the following cities are preferred: Washington, D.C. - Portland, Oregon - Columbus, Ohio - South Bend, Indiana. What Will You Do? Essential Functions: - Execute System Startup checklists at customer sites. - Program and test 3rd party meters on-site. - Complete startup certification reports and meter commissioning reports using provided templates. - Professionally interact with customers, contractors, and end users. - Diagnose and repair on-site product issues. - Train and mentor internal and 3rd party technicians on service procedures. We are now seeking a scientifically strong, customer‑facing EMEAI Field Applications Specialist to help accelerate the adoption of microarray‑based analytical solutions across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India. In this role, you will act as the regional scientific and technical authority on VaxArray technologies, supporting customers in vaccine development, process optimization, and analytical characterization. You will bridge advanced immunology with commercial execution, running demonstrations, feasibility studies, and supporting opportunities in close collaboration with the commercial teams. You will report to US-based Chief R&D Officer for the InDevR business unit, part of SSI Diagnostica Group.
