Arc Partnership
• Provide psychotherapy and/or therapeutic assessment • Actively seek patient feedback regarding psychotherapy and alliance • Complete timely clinical documentation • Full Time: Maintain a minimum, active caseload of 18 clinical hours per week; total of 40 hours per week • Part Time: Maintain a minimum, active caseload of 10 clinical hours per week; total of 16-20 hours per week • Collaborate with colleagues through clinical consultation, supervision, and staff meetings as required • Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and practice policies
Job Requirements
- Active, unrestricted full license as a Psychologist (PsyD, PhD, EdD), LCSW, LPC, and/or LMFT in Colorado or PsyPact Credentialed (with current APIT#) and operating from a home state
- Masters or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field from a fully-accredited, in-person program
- Bilingual Spanish speaking provider required as based on client need (level 4+ proficiency required)
- Minimum of 1 year of licensed experience, 3+ years of experience preferred
- Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
- Experience conducting psychotherapy with people who have experienced trauma or significant injury
- Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
