Red Team Course Creator, Consultant

Educate 360

• Keep existing TCM Security red team courses, labs, and certifications up to date. • Deliver live sessions of TCM Security red team courses. • Participate in red team and penetration testing services engagements. • Design and produce new red team training content across multiple formats (asynchronous, synchronous, lab-based). • Develop hands-on scenarios replicating advanced adversary campaigns, post-exploitation, and persistence methods. • Collaborate with the product manager and SMEs to align new courses with the cybersecurity roadmap. • Create engaging YouTube videos and social media content showcasing TCM Security’s offensive expertise. • Provide technical breakdowns of exploits, demonstrations of red team tradecraft, and walkthroughs of complex attack paths. • Assist in preparing and teaching live training sessions for clients and community members. • Develop red team lab environments that replicate enterprise-scale attacks. • Deliver red team or penetration testing engagements in collaboration with the services team. • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for clients in offensive security remediations and attack vectors. • Share new attack vectors as well as knowledge about the field of offensive security and information security.

Job Requirements

  • US-based, eligible to work full-time.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in red team operations, penetration testing, or adversary simulation.
  • 1+ year of teaching / training experience (modality-agnostic) (preferred).
  • Demonstrated expertise in:
  • Active Directory exploitation
  • Advanced web exploitation
  • Privilege escalation & post-exploitation
  • Adversary simulation frameworks
  • OSINT & social engineering
  • Tradecraft mapping
  • Malware analysis & development
  • Certifications (preferred, not required):
  • PNPT (Practical Network Penetration Tester)
  • OSEP (Offensive Security Experienced Penetration Tester)
  • GXPN (GIAC Exploit Researcher and Advanced Penetration Tester)
