Qualifications - Completed a tertiary qualification in Drafting or Building Design. - Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Technician / Draftsperson or related role. - Extensive knowledge of building standards and regulations. - Advanced computer literacy with specific expertise in CAD/BIM software and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills. - Minimum of 3 years of Revit experience with a core focus on producing large-scale drawing packages, complex 3D modelling, and highly detailed technical drafting (not design-focused). - Extensive experience in the technical documentation and detailing phase; a passion for the practicalities of building assembly and construction. - Proven ability to develop detailed drawings that balance creative design with practical buildability and cost indicators. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements to clients and project stakeholders. - A methodology-driven approach to problem-solving, with the ability to analyze issues from multiple viewpoints to find sophisticated solutions. - Strong organizational skills to manage the resourcing and delivery of documentation across a diverse project portfolio. - Australian experience is strongly preferred. - Experience with the Rhino3D program is preferred, but not mandatory.
