The Account Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, retaining clients, and driving revenue growth. This role serves as the primary contact for account program performance and optimization. Key duties include product consultancy, profitability management, program analysis, technical consultancy, client training, insurance coverage options and recovery performance coaching. This position will serve as the client advocate and ensure effective and efficient product and client onboarding and production. The position’s key functions are to ensure clear understanding of client financial and risk management goals and business objectives. financial performance of the risk management-based products and service profitability and service optimization for Allied Solutions and the client. They are responsible for the company’s highest revenue producing product lines. This position is also key to ensuring that the products and services that comprise risk management-based solution sets are delivered in a manner that meets compliance and regulatory requirements for both the company and the client. In addition to these duties, the Account Executive is also responsible for revenue expansion and the sale of Allied Solutions bundled ancillary and risk management-based products and services. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Risk Management Program Relationship Management (35%) - Responsibility for the overall performance and relationship management and ownership of a portfolio of Top Tier Risk Management based accounts located within a geographic multi-state territory. Net Agency Commission will range from $3m to $10m per portfolio. - Proactively provide consultancy and anticipate client needs based on client goals and business objectives, market conditions and company initiatives. - Proactive management and monitoring of key program operational components within Collateral Loan Tracking portfolios to ensure program and service optimization. - Execute active management and monitoring of premium trending and claim and loss trending within the individual client and overall territory portfolio ensure ongoing health of the overall program performance and ensure client value and support ongoing client retention and expansion. - Ensure consultancy and service by adhering to strict Client Level service standards and territory benchmark standards. - Deliver ongoing review of client, territory, and economic market- based data and conditions to proactively provide consultancy in the changes that may be necessary to contracted products and services. Ensure that the programs and services provided are delivered and utilized in accordance with state and national compliance and regulatory requirements. - Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients and anticipate client needs. Provide products and service offerings that meet with the business objectives of the client but also align to company performance goals and financial performance. - Serve as the Allied Solutions single point of contact for client-based program performance and ensure strong communication and partnership with Sales RVP and SVP, Sales Specialists, risk management business and vendor partners. - Serve as the client advocate and ensure proper resolution of client- related escalations, formal complaints, or regulatory reviews and audits. Coordinate and oversee Client Remediation Plans. - Serve as the communication vehicle for client. - Coordinate and lead the continuous improvement of the Risk Management based product and service offerings within the company. - Consult on the technical components that are involved in the delivery of the CPI, LPI, Tracking and/or Risk and Recovery products including but not limited to: PRM,’ Temenos, Akuvo, Core System functionality, CenterPoint, Collection and Billing platforms. - Ensure execution of Client Relationship Standards for Service. Risk Management Profitability, Data Analysis including Case Management (35%) - Ensure that the Risk Management based product and service offering within each client and for the overall territory portfolio performs at a level that meets or exceeds the financial thresholds established for the territory and product line. - Actively assist in the development, architecture of the specific program coverages, deductibles, administrative requirements, and other key financial and policy levers that ensure financial stability and the capacity needed to meet the loss obligations of the program with the needs and risk appetite of the client. - Effectively monitor, analyze and develop strategies for data analysis and make client driven and company driven decisions and recommendations. - Effectively and efficiently develop, consult, and deliver program changes to ensure the financial viability of the insurance program. - Provide consultancy to changes to people, process, technology within the client construct that will support and deliver the needed risk management-based services and insurance with the need to also ensure company financial performance. - Deliver and deploy needed system, process, compliance or other risk management-based service enhancements or product improvements to ensure client adoption and optimization. - Proactively monitor and address issues with individual client profitability. - Actively consult and provide for adoption ancillary products and services that mitigate loss exposure for company but also improve the client experience including but not limited to: Pre-SKIP, Repossession and Remarketing, Claim Services, Tracking and Communication services (text, email, digital) flood determinations, ACH, digital collection and electronic payments, inspection services etc. - Monitor proactively monthly HP and L reports, client experience reports, premium past due, service fee past due, administrative service fees, claims, loss experience, escrow admin fees, etc. to ensure the financial performance of the program services. Risk Management Revenue Expansion (20%) - Execute ongoing consultancy and proactively monitor the needs of clients to determine and discover client needs and deficits. Expand revenue to existing clients by actively engaging and selling from the suite of manufactured and referral products that improve client and consumer experience or mitigate risk. - Ensure knowledge and expertise in the functionality and financial performance of referral based and manufactured products. Keep up to date with changing territory, market, product line or other influencers that can provide an opportunity to expand company products and services within a client. - Actively engage in new client or expanded client sales in partnership with Regional Sales VP, SVP, Sales Specialist and internal partner and product managers. - Develop and deploy client and territory plans to ensure client needs are met and revenue is being increased via retention and expansion. - Actively engage and participate in Client Implementation process including implementation of products and services delivered by key referral partners. - Actively engage and deliver product-based enhancements, alterations, changes to process, to ensure ongoing efficiency of core product delivery. - Actively engage and participate in Client renewal activities, new sales and RFP delivery. Risk Management Client and Product Training, and coordination with Operations Service (10%) - Execute all client training assigned to position. - Ensure client is using and has strong understanding in the administration of assigned program through company service and product structure. - Provide on-site and virtual client training in accordance with service standards. - Ensure client knowledge of insurance policy, master policy, coverages, deductibles, coverage forms, endorsements, claim requirements, supporting documents, adjudication requirements etc. - Timely and accurate submission of key administration functions; commission worksheets and statements, contracts, service agreements and amendments, INFOR updates, Smartsheet administration tracking etc. - Ensure client administrative infrastructure is optimized and that client is trained on the functionality of the same. - Attend and engage in Pulse and Plugged in Webinars, market and internal training and meetings, product partner training and product education webinars, use and understanding of key financial data including Callahan 5300 and other market intelligence repository. - Ensure client optimization of key client facing and self service delivery technologies including PRM, Core processors, Collection Platforms, claims and coverage, billing files, escrow administration, my insurance info, etc. Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA): - Bachelor’s degree required. - 5-7 years of work-related experience required. This position requires: - 50-70% Travel - Valid Drivers License and ability to insure a fleet vehicle. - P and C License within 6 months and ongoing CE to keep license. - Multi state licenses are required.
