Field Sales Representative, TN Visa Eligible
Premier Food Supplies, LLC
• Collect and grow weekly sales orders from assigned U.S.-based accounts • Visit clients regularly to assess needs, manage inventory, and upsell/cross-sell • Introduce new products, promotions, and samples • Support timely collections and assist with payment resolution • Partner with customers to improve planograms, shelf presence, and merchandising • Resolve customer issues promptly and document outcomes • Open new accounts and grow existing business across assigned territories • Generate new leads through outreach, referrals, and cold calling • Share competitive insights and market feedback with leadership • Analyze sales data to improve wallet share and territory performance • Participate in trade shows, food demos, and local marketing events • Assist customers in adopting ordering technology and online platforms
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or a closely related field (required for TN eligibility)
- 5+ years field sales experience in F&B, hospitality, wholesale distribution, or FMCG/CPG
- Strong account management and new business development skills
- Bilingual: English + Hindi required (Punjabi, Gujarati, Telugu, or Tamil a plus)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs as needed
- Prior wholesale distribution or food & beverage experience

• Responsible for the management and retention of existing accounts in an assigned territory • Make outbound sales calls to close business and/or secure appointments for regional sales executives • Meet and exceed territory volume growth objectives • Make service calls to the existing account base • Develop and manage strong sustainable relationships with the customer base • Record complete service and call activity daily using CRM software • Communicate effectively and work in conjunction with regional account executives and regional account managers • Provide regular updates to the Inside Sales Manager on existing customers, pipeline, and monthly call reports
• Identify and qualify high-value opportunities within top-tier banks, credit unions, and mortgage companies • Drive complex sales cycles from initial discovery to closing • Develop and maintain long-term, executive-level relationships with key stakeholders • Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and case usage presentations • Prepare compelling customer proposals and navigate complex contract terms • Partner with internal Product and Customer Success teams • Maintain rigorous CRM data integrity (Salesforce)
