• Develop and execute a comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) sales strategy to accelerate New ARR, drive logo acquisition, and expand our footprint within existing accounts. • Actively lead by example, maintaining direct involvement in full-cycle sales on key strategic accounts and navigating complex enterprise deals alongside your team. • Establish and own ambitious revenue targets, forecasting accurately to the leadership team and Board of Directors. • Identify new market opportunities and refine our ideal customer profile (ICP) to maximize penetration in the banking, credit union, independent mortgage bankers, and private capital sectors. • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a top-tier sales organization, including AEs, SDRs, and Sales Operations. • Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration. • Partner directly with Customer Success Managers to actively secure renewals, drive expansion revenue, and uncover upsell/cross-sell opportunities. • Personally participate in and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with top-tier clients to maintain strong executive alignment. • Optimize the sales process from lead generation to close, ensuring a frictionless buying journey for our prospects. • Leverage CRM (HubSpot) and other sales intelligence tools to build scalable, data-driven processes, maintaining impeccable hygiene and visibility yourself.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to integrations, APIs, and single sign-on. • Conduct API implementation calls with customers and answer implementation questions from internal team members. • Review client-proposed integration designs for supported use cases and proactively flag risks or issues before they reach production. • Troubleshoot SSO login issues across the Identity Providers (IdPs) used by our customer base, including Okta, Azure AD, ADFS, and others. • Respond to and troubleshoot native integration issues in partnership with our integration partners and clients. • Communicate clearly with clients — asking the right questions, setting expectations, and providing detailed, reproducible instructions. • Document and continuously improve support documentation for integrations, APIs, and SSO so customers and teammates can self-serve. • Assist customers and internal users with general technical issues related to Land Gorilla software via phone, email, and web conferencing. • Translate complex technical issues into clear, concise, and accessible explanations — both written and verbal. • Collaborate with Development, QA, Program Management, and Customer Success to resolve cross-functional customer issues.
• Responsible for vetting out the contractor's qualifications • Review contractor background checks for risk factors • Validate contractor’s license, insurance, OFAC status, SOS, and other qualifying information • Use AI tools to research the contractor thoroughly to provide a risk score and recommendation • Responsible for completing a collateral/project review • Review construction-related documents for GSE program acceptance • Research and review local jurisdiction/permitting requirements • Evaluate construction contracts for industry best practices • Review plans and specifications for accuracy • Review plot plans/surveys for accuracy • Review inspection/warranty requirements • Review foundation/final survey requirements • Analyze construction budgets and draw schedules for risk • Review appraisal reports against project documents, such as the plans and specifications, and the budget. • Use AI tools to assist with completing the project review
• Assigns incoming orders to qualified independent inspection companies. • Monitors the status of orders, taking action as needed with stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of progress inspection orders. • Provides updates to clients and interacts with inspectors, as needed, through order delivery. • Meets quality and service level standards, and productivity targets. • Consistently follows up on issues through resolution to the satisfaction of stakeholders. • Responsible for maintaining a positive client and vendor experience. • Ability to quickly identify and escalate issues when necessary • Use Land Gorilla’s proprietary software to manage steps in the workflow. • Assists with recruiting new inspectors
• Take full accountability for the revenue generated by core service lines; collaborate with Sales to identify market opportunities and expansion paths. • Manage the financial model for service products, ensuring operating efficiency, cost-of-service optimization, and healthy margins. • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including turnaround time, accuracy rates, and unit economics. • Act as the primary internal advocate for the customer experience; success is directly measured by Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Scores (NPS). • Operate and improve systematic processes to capture, analyze, and act upon customer feedback. • Use customer insights to prioritize the development of agentic services, ensuring that automation solves real-world client problems rather than just internal efficiencies. • Lead the transformation of services into "agentic" workflows, identifying areas where AI can drive 10x improvements in speed and scalability. • Design and refine the "human-in-the-loop" infrastructure to ensure quality and risk mitigation remain uncompromised as services become more automated. • Own the quality standards for all risk reports and inspection data; implement rigorous auditing systems to ensure company standards.
• Identify and proactively source potential inspection companies and partners through various channels, including industry associations, social and professional networks, and referrals. • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified inspection companies in targeted geographic areas. • Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective inspection companies and provide detailed information about the application process. • Track and report on business development metrics, including the number of leads generated, applications received, and inspection companies onboarded. • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets. • Ensure platform adoption across the United States. • Manage the full B2B vendor onboarding process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation. • Conduct initial business screening and qualification of companies to ensure minimum requirements are met. • Proactively track and manage the portfolio of inspection companies accepted into the platform. • Report and review vendor relationships and KPIs. • Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding coverage, vendor service levels, and compliance.
