Data Science Intern, Marketing Analytics

• Assist in developing and maintaining frameworks to attribute marketing efforts and track customer journeys, user growth, and retention across various channels. • Analyze marketing and user behavior data to identify trends, insights, patterns, and areas for improvement. • Support the management of tracking systems and help generate comprehensive reports on marketing performance and user retention. • Work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to align analytics efforts with overall business growth goals. • Provide data-backed recommendations for marketing timing, channel optimization, and user engagement. • Help deliver detailed reporting on campaign effectiveness, organic/paid channel performance, and key metrics. • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging marketing analytics techniques.
Job Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous internship, coursework, or project experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar domain. Broad understanding of marketing channels is a plus.
- Tools: Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python/R for data analysis. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Sigma).
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of UTM parameters, marketing tags, and attribution concepts.
