Work Schedule: This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM -4:30 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Supervisor - Inpatient Coding to: - Provide coaching to coding staff and ensure employees are receiving feedback on areas for improvement. - Collaborate with Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) on Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) Coding. - Participate in hiring efforts which includes interviewing, onboarding, and training. - Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure quality and production standards are being met.
