Client & Partner Coordination - Act as a liaison between the Company and external clients. - Work with outsourced partners to prepare and quality-control title commitments and property reports. - Prepare Closing Protection Letters (CPLs). - Verify correct underwriter selection and confirm accurate wiring instructions are published in the file. Compliance & Delivery - Prepare Conditional Clear to Close (CTC) forms. - Deliver all required title materials to clients, including Commitments, CPLs, Wiring Instructions, and Tax Certifications, in accordance with SLAs. - Ensure all filings and documentation comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
