• Administer and optimize enterprise systems including Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, AWS, Atlassian, JumpCloud, NinjaOne, and other platforms in use across the organization. • Manage the configuration, availability, and performance of all SaaS and back‑end systems. • Provide senior‑level support for escalated issues across infrastructure and SaaS applications. • Manage Microsoft Entra identities, conditional access, MFA, SSO, RBAC, and lifecycle processes. • Administer device management across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, using Intune, NinjaOne and PatchMyPC.

Job Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of enterprise IT systems administration experience.
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, AWS, ServiceNow, Atlassian, or equivalent enterprise technologies.
  • Professional certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS, ITIL) preferred.
  • Experience with endpoint management, identity governance, security administration, and cloud operations.
