Delivery Manager – Loan Manager
Conduent
• Managing day-to-day client delivery, operations, and project execution for Loan Manager. • Driving contract renewals, new account portfolio setups, and cross-sell opportunities with partner services. • Collaborating with internal teams to provide strategic insights for the roadmap, testing new releases, and problem-solving for platform and business unit success. • Advising clients and prospects with expert guidance on loan/lease servicing to improve efficiency and profitability. • Preparing monthly management reports and delivering business and technical consulting that drives project revenue. • Monthly billing and contract management to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoices to client(s). • Supporting sales enablement including Loan Manager demos, presentations and industry conferences.
Job Requirements
- Ability to leverage knowledge of loan or lease servicing software and business operations; experience with the Shaw platform is highly desired, or experience on any loan or lease servicing platform as a user or in a support role.
- Understanding of technical and business aspects of software platforms, including API and client/partner integrations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to flex communication style with technical and business clients and team members.
- Ability to collaborate and work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience, and build strong relationships.
- Passion for and a desire to delight the customer and build trusted and strong client relationships.
- Ability to managing multiple client projects simultaneously while tracking requests and resolving issues.
- Ability to solve complex problems creatively and trouble shoot by analyzing systems, processes, and data structures.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, AI or related field or equivalent work experience.

Who You Are We're seeking a Los Angeles-based Safety Consultant to add to our LAMP team (Learning & Management Practice) and to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, partnering with them to identify safety concerns, establish preparedness goals, and build programs that create safe, empowered communities. The Safety Consultant’s role is to teach, equip, and support clients in all things safety, as well as collaborating closely with the Division’s leadership and other Joffe consultants to ensure client concerns are met, and content and resources are developed. The ideal candidate will have a background working in or with K-12 schools as well as an extensive knowledge of emergency management and preparedness. Requirements Essential Responsibilities - Client Relations - Partner with the client’s leadership to identify safety concerns and goals.
