Webflow Developer
Harness
• Build, maintain, and enhance marketing web pages using Webflow, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. • Manage Webflow CMS collections, structure dynamic content, and optimize workflows for efficient content updates. • Work closely with designers to bring Figma designs to life while ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy and responsiveness. • Familiar with Client-First or other style guidelines and strategies, maintain consistency by adhering to style guidelines and strategies for Webflow projects. • Improve site speed, performance, accessibility, and SEO/AEO best practices. • Implement A/B testing, conversion rate optimizations, and tracking integrations with Google Analytics, Marketo, or similar tools. • Partner with Marketing, Content, and Growth teams to develop landing pages and campaign assets that drive engagement and conversions. • Enhance Webflow’s capabilities by implementing custom HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and third-party integrations. • Perform rigorous testing to ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and smooth interactions.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience developing Webflow websites in a professional setting.
- Strong proficiency in Webflow, Webflow CMS, and custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to work with Figma designs.
- Experience optimizing Webflow sites for speed, SEO, and accessibility.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and implement creative solutions.
- Experience working on conversion-focused pages and A/B testing.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to translate marketing and design needs into functional web solutions.
- B.S. degree in CS or equivalent with 2+ years of industry experience.
