• Manage customer project-driven laser systems and components • Direct (manage, mentor, train, review) staff and their engineering development teams • Support staffing of customer project teams and project managers • Maintain design standards, facilities (labs and work stations), design tools (software/hardware), and operating procedures for the Engineering function • Support the engineering managers in managing and planning engineering department spending • Nurture global intracompany technology partnerships and collaborative product innovation by direct interactions with customers • Contribute to product designs as a senior technologist • Manage global customer project teams when needed

You'll be responsible for writing clean, maintainable code, ensuring high test coverage and monitoring the impact of your work in production. • Partner with Product and Design. You won't just be handed tickets. You'll be a key contributor to the "why," providing technical insights, weighing trade-offs and helping to shape a roadmap that is both ambitious and achievable. • Champion Technical Excellence. You will be a steward of our codebase, helping to manage technical debt, improve performance and drive the adoption of modern practices within our Kotlin Multiplatform architecture. • Elevate the Team Around You. • Function as an integral part of the implementation team, assisting as assigned to address client support issues. • Create, revise, and maintain core C++ software that requires little to no formatting changes to meet client business needs. • Work with a team to confirm project requirements by reviewing software objectives, input data and resulting output. • Identify and provide input on best practices and process improvement for program development. • Provide reasonable task and project effort estimates. • Perform revision, repair, or improvement of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements. • Assist in training and mentoring new employees. • Provide input as it relates to system integration of third-party or custom-built solutions. • Preserve and optimize quality through testing as required. • Maintain historical records by documenting program development and revisions. • On-call support rotation for after hour emergencies and occasional weekend client conversion support. • Leverage internal resources and experiences for credit union requirements when developing software. • Contribute to design meetings, perform implementation and maintenance of multiple interface modules. • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones escalables usando OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures y DataRaptors. • Configurar y desarrollar funcionalidades en Salesforce Communications Cloud (CSP, CPQ, EPC, Order Management). • Implementar procesos de negocio como quote-to-order, onboarding de clientes y provisión de servicios. • Participar en ceremonias ágiles: sprint planning, estimaciones y code reviews. • Garantizar el cumplimiento de DoR y DoD en las historias de usuario. • Elaborar y mantener documentación técnica y funcional. • Realizar pruebas unitarias y brindar soporte durante SIT y UAT. • Contribuir a la mejora continua de procesos y estándares técnicos.
