WHAT YOU'LL DO AS OUR DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND ENGAGEMENT As BIAA's marketing leader, you'll architect and execute a full-funnel engagement strategy that increases reach, grows programs, strengthens advocacy, and fuels donations. You'll: - Lead BIAA's marketing, communications, and engagement strategy end-to-end. - Build and run integrated digital campaigns (email, social, web, search, events, partners) that produce measurable, data-backed outcomes. - Oversee public awareness initiatives, including Brain Injury Awareness Month, and manage major publications like the Annual Report, newsletters, and The Challenge. - Help deploy Salesforce and a new email marketing platform, creating segmentation models, automated journeys, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting clarity. - Lead, develop, and mentor two marketing/communications professionals-and still roll up your sleeves when needed. What is the Role The Director of Federal Government Affairs will serve as a key member of the Federal Advocacy team, helping to shape and advance the National Alliance’s federal policy agenda. This role is responsible for representing the charter school movement before Congress, federal agencies, and the executive branch, while supporting strategic political engagement.
