Role Description We are seeking a Data & Forecast Lead Analyst who will work as a part of a dynamic supply chain team to assist with business analysis of healthcare products, enhance patient care, safety, and caregiver workflow. As the Lead Analyst, your contributions to the team will include: - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to gather insights and ensure forecast accuracy. - Reporting & Analysis: Deliver executive-ready summaries and KPI reports that highlight risks, opportunities, and variance against actual performance. - Process Improvement: Continuously refine forecasting methodologies and implement new tools (e.g., AI/Machine Learning) to reduce bias and error. - Develop an in-depth understanding of systems and analytics tools used by the organization (including, but not limited to Excel, Access Database creation/management, and Syteline Reporting). - Evaluate, manage, track, and enter pricing contracts and price lists for accuracy and identify cost-saving opportunities. - Gather data and provide analysis from our internal systems (Syteline), based on inventory positions and investment opportunities. Qualifications - Minimum of bachelor’s degree required, with major in Business, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or Statistics preferred or combination of experience, education, and training which would provide the level of knowledge, skill, and ability required. - Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience analyzing pricing data and statistical/business analytics in a medium-large company. - Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau). - Knowledge of SQL, Python, or specialized forecasting software like Yardi or Kinaxis. • Conduct in-depth data analyses to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. • Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights. • Monitor and ensure long-term data quality, accuracy, and consistency across analytics systems. • Respond to ad-hoc data requests from various business teams in a timely and reliable manner. • Identify and propose new data-driven opportunities to enhance existing processes and support continuous improvement. • Successfully onboarded and integrated into the team within 3 months. • Built new major data concepts for the company: Marketing and Sales/RevOps KPIs, Product Usage, Customer segmentation to support company performance monitoring. • Fully managed our Business Intelligence solution, created initial dashboards and metrics, and trained teams to use it. • Supported content creation by providing high-value analysis for marketing teams. • Responded to ad-hoc data requests from all departments (Sales, Marketing, Product, Ops, Cx, etc.). • Maintained a Data Catalog / "Data Bible" to ensure all concepts and metrics are well documented. • Maintained an always-up-to-date Data Analysis Roadmap accessible to anyone in the company. • Achieved daily usage of analyses and models by all major business teams within 12 months. • Deep-dived into critical company KPIs (Acquisition, Activation, Usage, Churn) and assisted product and marketing teams in leveraging these insights. • Significantly improved the data culture within lemlist. • Supported C-level executives (CEO, CPO, CMO, Head of Sales, etc.) for strategic decisions. • Mapped and understood business processes of operational departments to make data sources more reliable and uncover new data use cases to improve business efficiency. • Created an embedded 360° customer dashboard available in the Holistics tool. • Built a comprehensive Data Catalog available across all teams.
