Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for building and sustaining the market-facing stories and sales enablement content that strengthen brand presence and support measurable growth. This role owns two equally critical areas: development of compelling growth narratives and translation of those narratives into sales-ready materials that equip revenue teams to effectively engage health plans and provider organizations. This role partners closely across Growth, Customer Success, Marketing and executive leadership to ensure the organization’s value proposition is translated into clear, authentic, and compelling sales stories. The position may be remote and reports to the EVP of Commercial Operations. Responsibilities: - Designs, develops, and maintains compelling sales stories and pitch materials that translate market insights, product capabilities, competitive differentiation, and demonstrated success into clear value propositions - Partners with Growth, Customer Success, and Marketing to understand buyer pain points, objections, and decision drivers, converting those insights into persuasive sales narratives - Maintains current knowledge of product offerings, customer outcomes, and the competitive landscape, applying that knowledge to continuously strengthen messaging effectiveness - Develops and manages structured, repeatable messaging frameworks that can be consistently leveraged across sales conversations and partnership discussions - Translates core messaging into executive-ready sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and supporting collateral to enable selling across multiple stakeholder levels - Transforms complex clinical, operational, financial, and regulatory concepts into clear, visually compelling, and professional materials used by Commercial teams - Creates meaningful visuals (infographics, diagrams, and conceptual frameworks) that simplify healthcare delivery, value-based care, risk adjustment, and quality performance models - Ensures all messaging reflects healthcare compliance considerations, regulatory sensitivity, and brand integrity - Supports training and adoption of key content and messaging frameworks across Growth and Customer Success teams - Tracks usage and performance of sales materials, proactively gathering feedback and recommending improvements to strengthen the overall sales content portfolio
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within healthcare technology or services
- Demonstrated experience developing sales enablement materials for complex, consultative sales cycles
- Advanced presentation development skills with the ability to create polished, clear, market-ready sales decks and related growth content
- Exceptional writing and visual storytelling skills using PowerPoint, Canva or similar tools
- Proven ability to synthesize stakeholder perspectives, market information, and product capabilities into compelling and persuasive narratives
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to professional, high-quality deliverables
- Demonstrated self-starter with strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive continued improvement in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
- Preferred:
- Experience supporting value-based care, risk adjustment or quality improvement
