• Lead and coordinate functional team activities specifically across the Sales, Logistics Execution, and Billing workstreams • Provide guidance and direction to the functional team, ensuring alignment with project goals and integrated supply chain requirements • Oversee the implementation of SAP O2C solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements for sales performance, customer service levels, and financial compliance • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, with a focus on optimizing the 'Quote-to-Cash' cycle • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within teams, particularly in leveraging Fiori for streamlined sales processing • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks related to data migration (customer master/pricing) and third-party logistics integrations • Ensure adherence to Accenture delivery methodology, promoting efficient and effective project delivery. -Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring seamless handoffs between the O2C team and the Finance (Record to Report) and Procurement (Procure to Pay) workstreams • Mentor and develop team members, promoting skill growth in areas like S/4HANA Advanced ATP (aATP), Pricing (VOFM), and BRFplus for output management • Stay informed about SAP updates (such as SAP Customer Experience/CX or SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management/BRIM) and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE) solutions and their implementation
  • Leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple O2C workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of delivery methodologies and practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
  • Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management specific to complex global templates or federal supply chains
