• Utilize a range of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking sites, and direct outreach • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings • Develop and execute targeted search strategies to identify and attract passive candidates • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and client needs • Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline status • Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database • Ensure candidate records are accurate and up-to-date, including tracking interactions and status.

Job Requirements

  • One year of experience in recruiting, inside sales, or outbound calls
  • Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies, procedures, and jobs’ impact on the organization
