Role Description We are looking for a Registered Nurse with strong clinical judgment and a passion for women’s health to support and oversee virtual care delivery for mid life women. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Nurse Practitioners, Physicians and Care coordinators to ensure safe, evidence based, and compassionate care across the patient journey. Key Responsibilities - Conducting expert virtual consultations for menopause assessments. - Delivering comprehensive follow-ups for menopause-related concerns, ensuring continuity of care and patient satisfaction. - Crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. - Prescribing and managing hormone replacement therapy and other treatments. - Empowering patients through education on lifestyle modifications and self-care strategies. - Collaborating seamlessly with our dedicated physician team. - Enjoying the benefits of our state-of-the-art intake process.
