Role Description We are looking for a Registered Nurse with strong clinical judgment and a passion for women’s health to support and oversee virtual care delivery for mid life women. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Nurse Practitioners, Physicians and Care coordinators to ensure safe, evidence based, and compassionate care across the patient journey. Key Responsibilities - Conducting expert virtual consultations for menopause assessments. - Delivering comprehensive follow-ups for menopause-related concerns, ensuring continuity of care and patient satisfaction. - Crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. - Prescribing and managing hormone replacement therapy and other treatments. - Empowering patients through education on lifestyle modifications and self-care strategies. - Collaborating seamlessly with our dedicated physician team. - Enjoying the benefits of our state-of-the-art intake process. Documentation and EMR Management - Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record. - Ensure all client interactions, assessments, care plans, and follow ups are fully documented. - Maintain alignment between clinical notes, lab results, referrals, and client records. Lab and Patient Coordination - Process and manage incoming lab and referral documentation including faxes, voicemails, and digital records in accordance with privacy and security standards. - Respond to urgent medical communications and escalate critical results to appropriate clinicians to support patient safety. - Coordinate with laboratories, clinics, patients and internal teams to resolve missing, incomplete, or unclear documentation. - Partner with Care Coordination team to address medical questions from clients and providers. - Contribute to a reliable, high quality care delivery experience by meeting accuracy, quality, and turnaround expectations. Qualifications - Registered Nurse with an active Quebec license required. - If not currently licensed in Ontario, willingness to apply is required. - Bilingual in French and English required. - Specialized experience in women’s health, hormone therapy, and holistic care with a focus on peri menopause through post menopause. - Basic knowledge of nutrition, exercise, and psychology. - Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques. - Additional menopause related certification or training preferred. Skills and Attributes - Strong attention to detail in assessments, symptom tracking, and documentation. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients and interdisciplinary teams. - Comfort working collaboratively with Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians and dieticians. - Strong clinical judgment and problem solving skills, particularly when symptoms escalate or change. - Client centered mindset focused on long term outcomes, symptom relief, and quality of life. - Ability to adapt to a fast paced virtual care environment while maintaining high standards of care. - Comfortable working remotely and using virtual care and online medical consultation platforms.
