Readiness, Execution & Review - Support pre-event planning meetings, tabletop exercises, or briefings for designated high-risk events. - Act as a subject-matter expert and escalation resource during event execution, as needed. - Participate in post-event reviews to capture lessons learned, evaluate effectiveness of mitigation strategies, and inform future risk planning. Program & Continuous Improvement - Contribute to the ongoing refinement of event risk assessment tools, documentation standards, and planning processes. - Identify trends, recurring risk drivers, and opportunities to strengthen proactive security planning across venues. - Ensure consistent documentation and reporting for high-risk events to support visibility and accountability within the security organization. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL BRING - 8–10+ years of experience in security, public safety, or risk management, with direct experience supporting live events, venues, or large-scale public gatherings. - Demonstrated experience conducting risk assessments and developing event- or operation-specific security plans. - Strong working knowledge of crowd management, access control, emergency response, and incident command principles. - Experience partnering with venue leadership, field operations, and public safety agencies. - Background in law enforcement, military, emergency management, or private event security strongly preferred.
