• Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, including project management, writing, and compliance for RFI, RFQ, and RFP solicitations. • Proactively search platforms for new solicitations and provide strategic input on bid/no-bid decisions based on competitive intelligence. • Partner with technical experts, Sales, and Implementation specialists to translate complex concepts into value-focused narratives. • Maintain accurate records of all proposal activities, analyze win/loss data, and manage RFP platforms. • Educate internal teams on K-12 purchasing cycles and how districts evaluate technology solutions.

- Achieve win rates above industry standards through data-driven bid analysis and strategic positioning.
- Leverage deep knowledge of district purchasing cycles and SLED regulations to ensure every proposal is compliant and strategically aligned.
- Draw upon well-developed project management skills to manage multiple, high-pressure proposals under tight academic deadlines.
- Position Securly's AI-driven safety solutions as essential investments through persuasive, high-impact narratives, transforming complex technical EdTech concepts into clear, value-based narratives that resonate with educational decision-makers.
- Critically analyze market trends and solicitation requirements to provide input on bid/no-bid decisions and optimize competitive positioning.
- Master and optimize RFP management tools (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO) to build a scalable, automated system for high-volume excellence.
- Identify and map K-12 technology funding (ESSER, Title I) to Securly's solutions, making our safety tools an essential investment for districts.
