• As a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert with deep experience in regulatory compliance, you will devise strategies, design, implement, and optimize governance, risk, and compliance solutions for clients using the ServiceNow Platform • Translate complex risk, controls, and regulatory compliance business needs into integrated ServiceNow GRC and similar solutions to address client requirements • Lead and design ServiceNow platform GRC solutions, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, and Audit Management modules • Configure and extend ServiceNow solution components to automate compliance processes, integrations, and reporting • Provide technical guidance on ServiceNow GRC best practices and advise on regulatory compliance use cases • Design compliance monitoring and reporting capabilities within ServiceNow • Collaborate with legal, risk, and compliance teams to understand regulatory obligations

• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform for optimal performance • Implement security best practices and perform system upgrades • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows and system performance • Configure ServiceNow modules and applications based on business needs • Provide support for internal teams and external customers • Identify and implement process improvements
