We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Payroll Specialist to support our global payroll operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing across multiple countries while partnering closely with HR, Finance, and payroll sysytems. Key Responsibilities: Global Payroll Administration - Process and support end-to-end global payroll operations using ADP Streamline / ADP Celergo. - Ensure accurate salary calculations, variable compensation payments, and employee deductions. - Partner with ADP and HR to ensure compliance with country-specific tax regulations, social contributions, benefits, and statutory requirements. - Maintain strong relationships with global payroll vendors and stay current on local regulatory updates. - Review and ensure timely completion of quarterly and annual filings, statutory payments, and required government submissions. - Serve as a primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, providing timely and professional support. - Recommend process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Payroll Accounting & Reporting - Prepare and review payroll-related journal entries across multiple countries. - Perform account reconciliations and ensure proper accounting treatment of payroll transactions. - Support internal controls and compliance with company accounting policies. - Partner with Accounting and Finance to ensure accurate reporting and audit readiness. Systems & Process Optimization - Review and validate integrations between HRIS and payroll systems to ensure data integrity. - Identify and resolve system discrepancies in partnership with internal teams and vendors. - Participate in automation initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts. - Contribute ideas to enhance efficiency, controls, and overall payroll operations. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner closely with HR, Finance, Accounting, and global business stakeholders. - Communicate proactively with leadership regarding risks, compliance matters, or process gaps. - Maintain a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset when working across regions and time zones. Essential Skills & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. - 0–2 years of accounting or payroll experience. - Experience with global payroll environments preferred. - Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. - High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, global environment.
