Marketing Event Manager

• Lead Event Logistics & On-Site Coordination: Own the end-to-end logistics for industry conferences, hosted events, and webinars—from registration and vendor management to run-of-show and attendee experience. Support both remote and on-site execution, solving issues in real-time to ensure flawless delivery. • Drive Seamless Event Execution: Partner with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and manage event briefs, contracts, timelines, and checklists. Coordinate across internal teams, speakers, vendors, and agency partners to ensure every detail is executed on time and on brand. Proactively communicate status updates and key milestones to stakeholders. • Amplify Events Through Social Media: Support the creation of social media campaigns that promote events to customers, partners, and broader communities. Assist in the development of engaging posts, video snippets, digital carousels, and promotional assets that boost awareness and drive attendance. • Collaborate for Pipeline Impact: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align event initiatives with lead generation goals. Ensure high-quality leads are captured, routed, and nurtured through coordinated efforts across the funnel. • Contribute to Integrated Campaigns: Assist in planning and delivering multi-touch marketing campaigns that span email, website, paid media, social media, and direct mail—ensuring events are positioned as part of a cohesive marketing strategy. • Analyze & Optimize Post-Event Performance: Conduct thorough post-event evaluations, gathering data and feedback to assess ROI, identify areas for improvement, and inform future event planning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or related field
- 2+ years in event marketing experience, preferably B2B and/or startups
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously, and stay within budget
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table
- Ability to analyze the success of events through data and metrics
- Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com and Linkedin (for businesses) a plus
- Willingness to travel when needed (up to twice a quarter)

Role Description The Event Marketing Summer Intern will support the Event Marketing Team in planning, coordinating and executing high-impact marketing events. This role offers hands-on experience in event strategy, logistics, branding and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced marketing environment. This internship is ideal for a student pursuing marketing, communications, business, hospitality or a related field who is eager to gain real-world experience in event management and marketing for both internal and external-facing events. This internship will run for up to 10 weeks, up to 40 hours per week, commencing on June 1st and concluding by August 7th. What You’ll Do - Data gathering, validation and analysis. - Assist with the creation of MOPs (Method of Procedures), SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and EOPs (Emergency Operating Procedures). - Replicate MOPs, SOPs, EOPs across the platform where similar equipment exists. - Work with existing Facility Engineers to update equipment records. - Collaborate with Compliance team members who will provide direction, feedback, and mentorship throughout the internship. Qualifications - Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program from an accredited college/university as a rising junior/senior. - Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology and Management or similar engineering degree. - Proactive and eager to learn, with a willingness to ask questions and take guidance. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Comfortable working with existing written documentation and making updates based on provided standards. - Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while being part of a collaborative team. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. - Enthusiasm for gaining practical, real-world experience in data center environments. - Ability to travel several times during the internship to one of our markets.
