How will you make an impact? - Lead Event Logistics & On-Site Coordination:Own the end-to-end logistics for industry conferences, hosted events, and webinars—from registration and vendor management to run-of-show and attendee experience. Support both remote and on-site execution, solving issues in real-time to ensure flawless delivery. - Drive Seamless Event Execution:Partner with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and manage event briefs, contracts, timelines, and checklists. Coordinate across internal teams, speakers, vendors, and agency partners to ensure every detail is executed on time and on brand. Proactively communicate status updates and key milestones to stakeholders. - Amplify Events Through Social Media: Support the creation of social media campaigns that promote events to customers, partners, and broader communities. Assistin the development of engaging posts, video snippets, digital carousels, and promotional assets that boost awareness and drive attendance. - Collaborate for Pipeline Impact:Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align event initiatives with lead generation goals. Ensure high-quality leads are captured, routed, and nurtured through coordinated efforts across the funnel. - Contribute to Integrated Campaigns:Assist in planning and delivering multi-touch marketing campaigns that span email, website, paid media, social media, and direct mail—ensuring events are positioned as part of a cohesive marketing strategy. - Analyze & Optimize Post-Event Performance:Conduct thorough post-event evaluations, gathering data and feedback to assess ROI, identify areas for improvement, and inform future event planning. The Manager, Events responsibilities include but are not limited to: External Event Execution - Plan and manage EQT’s participation in major industry trade shows and conferences, including CERAWeek, Gastech and others. - Lead the end-to-end coordination of booths, branding, activations and on-site logistics. - Partner with the communications team to align messaging, speaking engagements and content with broader brand strategy. - Coordinate employee involvement including speaker prep, travel, itineraries and hospitality. - Act as point-of-contact for external vendors, conference organizers and exhibit partners. Internal Event Planning - Own the planning and execution of signature internal events, including EQT’s annual all-employee “Evolution Day”, town halls, leadership offsites and employee engagement activations. - Collaborate with HR and Communications on event themes, scheduling, communications and logistics. - Ensure events align with company culture and strategic priorities, creating meaningful and memorable experiences for employees. Cross-Functional Coordination - Work with internal stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, align on messaging and ensure executive support and participation. - Create and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, run-of-show documents and post-event debriefs. - Ensure all event materials and experiences reflect EQT’s brand standards and values. Required Experience and Skills: - 2–4 years of experience in event planning, coordination or production — preferably in a corporate, agency or trade show setting. - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field required. - Demonstrated success managing both internal and external events, with an emphasis on logistics, execution and stakeholder engagement. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong written and verbal communication abilities. - Proven ability to stay calm and solution-focused in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. - Comfortable working with senior executives and cross-functional teams. The Advanced Practice Clinician in the Jump Start Assessment (JSA) program is a physician-led and advanced practice clinician-driven program that is intended to care for and support Alignment Healthcare patients with complex and chronic care needs. Works within an interdisciplinary team environment that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, case managers, and other health care team members to ensure proper delivery of clinical and home-based patient care. Assess’, develops, and coordinates options and services promoting quality care in order to achieve optimal health care outcomes while also ensuring cost-effective care complying with Alignment policy and all state and federal regulations. Our members are typically aged 65 and over and home and virtual visits will be between 45 and 60 minutes depending on whether it is an annual or initial visit. Responsibilities: 1. Conduct in-home assessments (with some outpatient clinical work) on health plan members. 2. In-Home Assessments will include obtaining comprehensive history, physical exam, medication review, and appropriate cognitive/depression/safety screenings. 3. Comfort with End-of-life care discussions imperative. 4. Laboratory specimen collection in the home setting when appropriate. 5. Identify diagnoses to be used in active medical management and care management of patients with focus on chronic disease management. 6. Communicate findings of the patient assessment to inform the PCP of potential gaps in care. 7. Provide patient/family/caretaker education, with an emphasis on close monitoring and follow up of patient needs. 8. Emphasis on knowledge of appropriate community resources for referral. 9.
