• Plan, design, and execute data-driven experiments to increase in-app monetization. • Focus on optimizing pricing, paywalls, offers, onboarding, and user journeys. • Define clear hypotheses, metrics, and success criteria for every test. • Use Bluethrone’s stack to run experiments and visually present results that clearly communicate impact. • Translate findings into actionable product decisions and guide implementation of successful tests. • Monitor and interpret key monetization metrics. • Transform raw data into clear, visual insights and recommendations. • Maintain consistent reporting and visibility into experiments and outcomes. • Continuously identify new opportunities to improve monetization through structured experimentation. • Work closely with fellow Monetization ICs to share learnings and align strategy. • Partner with Developers, Product Managers, and Data Teams to ensure the infrastructure needed to run experiments and roll out successful ones. • Collaborate with the User Growth Team to optimize paid user journeys. • Contribute to a culture of testing and learning within the monetization team.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Growth Analyst, or Monetization Specialist in mobile gaming or subscription-based apps.
- Strong understanding of monetization levers and metrics.
- Proven ability to design and analyze A/B tests and translate results into product improvements.
- Solid background in data analytics, including data interpretation, trend identification, and deriving actionable insights from large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with Purchasely, Firebase Remote Config, Mixpanel, and Miro.
- Highly analytical, independent, and outcome-driven with strong ownership.
- Excellent ability to visually communicate insights and influence decisions through data.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
