Meet the team: The Sr. Business Systems Analyst role will function as the IT liaison for business priorities within the Commercial and Tech Support team, leading the feature development and delivery for the team’s business partners. This will be accomplished by delivering prioritized and refined pieces of work for the agile team, ensuring quality and business value of finished work in line with business roadmap goals/timeline, obtained through close collaboration with business stakeholders. Additionally, will help to enhance and standardize team processes and manage system deployments to be repeatable and customizable, to support future market expansion implemented by the team. Where you come in: - You manage relationships with business partners and ensure delivery of IT features that meet the goals and objectives of the organization. - You take ownership within the team for support of Commercial and Tech Support portfolio features and collaborate with other analysts within the team. - You can assist in the planning, design, development, of new Enterprise Application implementations and projects and enhancements. - You will interact directly with business users and IT team members to gather requirements which will be used to provide an optimal solution for business needs. - You will work independently or as a team and display the ability to juggle multiple tasks/assignments - You create and maintain documentation on interfaces, jobs, schemas, standard operating procedures, and work instructions pertaining to data, data movement, systems, and databases. - You review stories to ensure requirements are clearly understood and aligned to program guiding principles. - You can troubleshoot incidents, fulfilling support requests, and ensure the overall health of Commercial and Tech Support Team managed applications (Ecom/MDA/MDA Support Form/Stelobot/etc.). - You can develop clear and concise documentation. What makes you successful: - You have IT business capabilities ownership experience - You have the ability to work effectively with on-shore/off-shore team environment. - You utilize strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. - You demonstrated understanding of customer service processes, operations and procedures. - You are familiar with Agile (Scrum) project management methodologies. - You have prior experience working in regulated industry (Medical Device or Pharmacy). - You have experience creating Development User Stories. This is a remote position. Paradigm is in search of an Associate Business Systems Analyst to work for our client in the legal services industry. The Business System Analyst (BSA) is responsible for understanding the requirements determining how those functional requirements translate into technical specifications. The BSA translates functional requirements into a technical statement of work from which developers can code solutions. The BSA works directly with Client Services, Technical Project Managers, Data Analysts, QC Analysts, other BSAs, department Team Leads, and others to understand all aspects of the case and to determine and document the data-oriented solution.
