Responsibilities/Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Education, Communications, Media, or a related field. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Interest in learning design, training development, and adult learning concepts. - Basic familiarity with digital learning formats such as eLearning, video, and virtual or instructor-led training (VILT/ILT). - Comfortable working with common productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva). - Willingness to learn new software applications, tools, and learning technologies. - Ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage time effectively (self-starter mindset). - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to collaborate with team members and accept feedback. - Creative mindset with an interest in improving learning experiences. - Prior coursework, projects, or internships related to content development or training is a plus but not required.
