• Assist in designing, developing, and delivering engaging training and professional development assets to support employees, customers, and school partners. • Support the creation of engaging training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and job aids. • Assist in delivering virtual training sessions for diverse audiences, including educators, administrators, and internal team members. • Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and team members to gather insights. • Help evaluate team’s effectiveness by collecting feedback, tracking performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement. • Stay informed on industry trends to contribute to relevant and up-to-date training content. • Maintain and organize training and professional development documentation.
Job Requirements
- A demonstrated passion for creating engaging learning experiences and an interest in education, training, or instructional design fields.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Understanding of effective training methodologies and a true passion for working with adult learners
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or other digital platforms; experience with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, or LMS platforms) is a plus.
- Ability to clear required background check
- Completed 1 Instructional Design courses
- Experience with design tools, such as Canva

The RN collaborates closely with providers, coordinators, and support staff to ensure timely response to patient communications, laboratory results, medication inquiries, and other clinical needs managed through the electronic in-basket. Primary Responsibilities: - Triage and respond to patient messages and clinical inquiries received through the electronic health record (EHR) in-basket. - Review and communicate lab and diagnostic results to patients as directed by providers. - Support medication reconciliation, refill requests, and coordination of transplant-related treatments. - Escalate complex or urgent concerns to the appropriate provider or transplant coordinator. - Document all patient interactions and follow-up actions accurately in the EHR. - Participate in ongoing quality improvement and patient safety initiatives within the transplant program. - Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and adherence to regulatory and institutional standards.
