As our RVP Enterprise Sales, you will lead and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives within a fast-paced and high-growth company. Your leadership will have a direct impact on the growth of the Strategic team, the development of your team, and Gong’s success crushing revenue goals. Leading by example you’ll be a champion of our Operating Principles and foster a collaborative, transparent, inclusive sales environment. This position reports to our Vice President, Enterprise Sales. RESPONSIBILITIES - Hire and develop a team of experienced Enterprise Account Executives - Consistently deliver against team revenue goals - Assist your team throughout their strategic sales cycles by deeply understanding customers needs and mapping them to the value of Gong - Support team in navigating, closing and expanding within multimillion dollar accounts - Partner with sales leadership to further define a successful and repeatable sales process - Understand the challenges facing the team and clear the way to allow for success - Regularly report on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting - Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity QUALIFICATIONS - 8+ years of experience managing high performing software sales teams (preferably for a SaaS company) - 5+ years of managing an Enterprise sales team within major or large accounts - Successful track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as a manager and individual contributor in Strategic sales - Previous experience recruiting, retaining, and developing a team from the ground up - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - High level of business acumen and understanding of how revenue leaders think - Previous experience selling into sales leadership (C and VP level) - Experience with Gong.io preferred PERKS & BENEFITS - We offer Gongsters a variety of medical, dental, and vision plans, designed to fit you and your family’s needs. - Wellbeing Fund - flexible wellness stipend to support a healthy lifestyle. - Mental Health benefits with covered therapy and coaching. - 401(k) program to help you invest in your future. - Education & learning stipend for personal growth and development. - Flexible vacation time to promote a healthy work-life blend. - Paid parental leave to support you and your family. - Company-wide recharge days each quarter. - Work from home stipend to help you succeed in a remote environment. The annual OTE hiring range for this position is $350,000 - $440,000 USD. Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. The Vice President, Enrollment is a senior operational leader responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of PPL’s eligibility, authorization, and enrollment functions across all programs and markets.
