Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to design and execute comprehensive test strategies, identify and document defects, and collaborate closely with our development team to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. We are unable to provide sponsorship for work authorization. Your impact: - Review and understand user requirements to ensure that requirements are testable. - Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts on multiple projects of varying size. - Assess functionality, performance, reliability, and stability of the system through manual or automated testing. - Validate that user expectations are achieved during the test process and verify that the finished configuration can support the user’s business process. - Interact with our database and source code when applicable/needed. - Collaborate closely with developers on testing results and issues found. Qualifications - 3+ years’ experience performing manual/automated QA testing. - 3+ years’ experience working closely with a software development team. - Experience working with relational databases (MySQL preferred). - Solid understanding of business processes, needs, and perspectives. - Meticulous approach to work with an aptitude for solving problems. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Experience with Jira is a plus. Job Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience performing manual/automated QA testing.
- 3+ years’ experience working closely with a software development team.
