The Client Services Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer support. Daily tasks will include responding to emails and phone calls, resolving client issues, assisting with travel bookings and reservations, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The associate will also work closely with the finance team to process payments, provide budgeting assistance, and manage invoices.
